At the end of 2019 Piero Amara declares to the public prosecutors the existence of a secret association heir to P2 — eminent names, a list in Dubai, the Superior Council of the Magistracy (CSM) as a target. No trial has established it, no real investigation has looked for it. A new investigation in parts.
Status of the proceedingsThe Perugia investigation was dismissed for lack of corroboration: no trial has established the existence of the association. The connected events are the subject of proceedings still under way.
